@aulianisa22 , @siwathalies : ini celenj utk diri sendiri gitu, jd klo mau ikut celenj,, sampe 7 hr ke depan,, polmaknya , no gula, no gorengan, tidur malam 7jam, 5000 lgkah perhari, minum 2,5 air airputih..

@zhanty31 , download aja pedometer kak, meski di dlm rumah,, lgkah2 kita bs terukur.. target 5000 lgkah ga susah jg, asal aktif

done sejak sep 17 sd dec 17.... 10rb langkah/hari, no gorengan, no mie, no minuman manis, no kue2 dan hasilnya bb turun dr 84 ke 76 kg
