I was a little disheartened that I stayed the same last week, so very happy to see a loss this morning. This really is the best diet ever! 6 Weeks of 5:2 now and No wobbles or blowouts. Fast days have been tough, but what makes it easier is to be able to say 'i can have that tomorrow'.
