You look like you're doing pretty well. I have taken a look in your food diary and it looks like you have some hidden sugars that might be causing you to crave. For example the peach yogurt at breakfast, and the steak sauce with lunch yesterday, and the fat free ham might be loaded with glucose or dextrose. Take a look at the package. Try to make your own steak sauce without sugar if you need something for the flavor, and be extra careful with anything with fruit in it for the moment. You can do it! Eliminate the hidden sugars and your hunger will go away!
