Thanks for the info Cb.. They converted our little gym to crossfit equipment and you guys are correct. With alot of those exercises, if you don't know what you are doing or how to properly do it.. you will hurt something. I'm not a huge fan of the desigened workouts (WODs). With any exercise you need to listen to your body and know your limits. And definitely ask a professional for help.
