This morning was no so easy to get out of bed. I must admit, it felt really good after the 50 minutes of recumbant biking was done, but going into it at 5am, i wasn't so sure.

Well glad that I did it and now have a great attitude toward the rest of the day.

Two more days till wifey comes home. The kids are wearing me out. They know they can break me down and they just keep coming at me.

Planning a b-day bash for my sweetie this Saturday at our neighborhood pool. Her favorite food is pizza, so I will get her one plus a trip to the Nail salon for 1.5 hour pedicure/manicure/massage.

Great job pushing through ... I had the exact same situation this morning. I was sore and tired and I was really battling with myself to workout or not workout. I was able to push through and ended up with a great workout afterall and I feel great! Good Luck today and the rest of the week!

Thanks for the encouragement. Now lets make a deal that we do the same thing Tomorrow. Are you in?? Tomorrow is the Spin Bike day. I can do it!!!!!! and so can you!!!!!
