Lol velvetee... Just got back from a short 4 day getaway to the mountains so had to get back on it yesterday. Hit it hard at the gym. Best back and biceps workout I've ever had. The four days off and a few extra calories really made a huge difference. Lifted heavier than ever before and of course got my calories back in check. Still shooting for under 200 by the 1st... But don't think that's gonna happen. Soon though. Very soon. 💪🏼😊

4 days was plenty. Don't know that I would need a week (but we'll see what Nov/Dec brings) :) . Of the 4 days- one was spent hiking up a mountain and we got in over 20,000 steps that day so- not exactly rest- just a switch to cardio.
