stationary bike ride tonight was a bit shorter due to working a bit late plus a couple after work errands. Still managed 41 minutes, 8.5 miles & burned 253 calories. Did 15 minutes at level 4 resistance, the rest at level 5' which was easier tonight compared to yesterday, when five was kicking my shrinking butt!
