gengs info dong, cara ngisi catatan harian latihan bener ga kayak gini?aku masih blm ngerti sama penginputan tdr/istirahat gmn?aku udh otak atik kolom istirahat ga bisa. jd inputan kalori dsna 1155 & dikolom tdr kita harus isi tdr mlm berapa jm gitu ya???
