Then don't diet. Diets don't work! :-P I know I want to try to eat better forever, so I need to make big changes. I want to learn how to eat right to maintain the weightloss that I hope to achieve. I've been thinking of the weightloss part as a short phase that I'll go through to achieve my goal, and then I'll be able to eat more "regular" foods after I'm done. I'm hoping that by making some drastic changes now, and losing weight quickly, that it wont seem like such a daunting task. I've been losing weight so fast recently that it may only be around 3 months until I reach my goal. I can do it for 3 months!
