Woke at 231.0, down .2 from yesterday. UPDATE: Had a nice burger and salad at lunch (and OK, a few glasses of red wine). Came home at 229.0. Bonus! Ate pork loin and cauliflower potato salad again. Finished under 1800 calories. Driving to New Jersey tomorrow to board a cruise ship on Saturday. Denise and I will be heading to Bermuda for a week. I may be off the grid for a while. Not sure if they will have a scale and if they do, whether I'll be able to post weights. I may have to catch up on a lot when I get back.
