This is a picture of the 2st i have lost !! Before and after I still need to do weight training after loosing the weight I'm still not toned due to too much cardio ! I want to get really toned for a photoshoot in may and for my birthday 29 march hopefully I can do enough to make a difference to my body by then !:)
