Hmm ... well I've been a bit unhealthy these last two days. But it could be much worse. I went out last night and had quite a bit of alcohol. I also had some McDonald's nuggets as my "drunk food" LOL. At least it wasn't a full meal though! I also had a chocolate chip muffin in the morning as "hangover food". I was staying at my friend's house and that was all she had and I was too hungover to care lol. But then I got back and had a big French breakfast! I didn't realize what I was eating until I was halfway through. It was such a treat to have croissants and pain au chocolats (we may be in France, but we don't buy them often), that I just helped myself before thinking "hang on, this croissant is loaded with calories". Well, I finished my breakfast (and skipped lunch cuz I felt bad). And then my dad goes and makes a bloody fry up for dinner! What the hell?! I couldn't not eat it, cuz my dad would hate me. So I settled for eating half my plate and saying I was full. Back on track tomorrow.
