Yay, even at TOM when I usually bloat I'm still showing a weight loss. And I showed a little restraint in my chocolate reserve shopping. Instead of a huge as candy bar, I bought a tiny bag of dark chocolate covered Mulberries at my local Co-op. They're pretty good too. That's my big thing about this weight loss, I don't want to stop eating things I love. I believe there's a good way to lose the weight.

Over a course of a few years, my grandmother lost a lot of weight just eating what she liked and walking 2 miles a day, spoiling herself on holidays and birthdays. Now I know I don't have quite as much restraint, but I'm getting there :)
99.8 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
