Every single Sunday night I can’t sleep...always have anxiety about work on Monday. It doesn’t matter what job I’m at never ever sleep good on Sunday nights. Than the rest of the rest week is fine but playing catch up from Sunday...I think that’s why Friday nights I crash early. I normally take a sleeping pill and melatonin only on Sunday nights. I’m just so exhausted on Mondays 😞
