I always food entry myself for the entire day, just to see where I'm at usually. Today I went really high on grams of fat. Gotta watch for that.
Weigh in tomorrow morning. Getting close to that TOM, so I need to also remember that I'll gain some water weight and not to buy chocolate. Or maybe some low fat chocolate would be a good idea. We'll see :)
