Do you find it rewarding to check your weight everyday even though it can fluctuate by up to 1.8 kilos?

Yes. Although I haven't been doing it lately because I'm still getting back into my routine, but when I'm completely focused I track everything I eat, and I weigh every day. Best way I found to learn how my body responds to different things (hormones, salt, sugar, medicine etc etc etc). This was also a good tool to teach me that one me off plan won't make me automatically gain back 10kg again 😁 Weight loss and fat loss are different. Weight fluctuates and it's good to understand why.
