Pissed off to find I gained 4 lb in one day, despite eating only 1300 calories in between the two weigh -ins! WTF????

Well that sure isn't good news, not at. Hope the next weigh in those 4 are gone plus some. Stick with it, there are better times down the road, you can do this. Wonder if the binge a few days ago just took a bit to show up?
