steak tempe :
1. tempe 1/2 papan di kukus
2. siapkan oatmeal 3sdm seduh pake air panas biar lembek
3. lalu haluskan tempe dicampur oatmeal yg sudah di seduh pake air anget lalu diamkan ( kenapa pake oatmeal biar lengket daripada pake terigu mending pake oatmeal aja lebih aman )
4. siapkan bumbu ( kaldu jamur, merica bubuk dan garam )
5. siapkan bawang putih haluskan
6. kecap manis 1 sdt
7. haluskan bawang lalu campur ke adonan tempe dan oatmeal yg sudah di aduk tadi
8. lalu adonan di bentuk menurut selera
9. lalu di panggang teflon anti lengket ( takut lengket pake olive oil sedikit )
10. angkat dan hidangkan
