Yeah but I are half of rice, it's so painful when you have but you must deprive yourself.

When your plate becomes more balanced, it will not feel like deprivation. Add more of something else that is a fav - favorite fruit or dairy. And switching to whole grains will make you feel fuller so you don't want more. I don't like brown rice by itself, taste like grass, - but I like the rice blends. - wild rice and red rice are also whole grains.
