Starting tomorrow I am going to put a little more focus on my eating habits. Im not trying to lose any more weight but I would like to see more progress in the development of my abs. At this point I feel like I am easily maintaining but I also feel I am at a little bit of a standstill. Im going to take progress pictures on Friday so after comparing, I will see if my thoughts change.
