Kemarin dua hari berturut-turut makan telur untuk memenuhi kebutuhan protein. Tapi emang dasarnya aku ga kuat sama telur, jadi ini sekarang kayak mau bisulan gitu :" ada yang bisa rekomendasiin sumber protein lain selain telur dan hati?
