230 even! So close to the 220s but I'll take it! As I commented on another person's journal, I'm doing this because I want to stop being a spectator in life. I'm feeling much better and have a lot more energy so part of that is participating in the father-son basketball game tonight. It's all for fun of course, but it will be nice to not be the most unfit father on the court. It should be fun, wish me luck!
