today was day one ... and since i work odd hours and im awake odd hours. day one is tough, because im awake in the middle of the night and need to snack. ughh. so i add a cucumber salad. will try to go back to sleep so i wont be hungry. ughh hate dieting. lol

I work overnight hours too. I don't get home till 4am ish, depending on how wrecked the bar is. Don't limit yourself, if you feel hungry eat. It helps your metabolism. You can never go wrong with Celery, Carrot sticks, Cucumber and cherry tomatoes. Very Filling =)
