I tried to be quite active today. I went on a walk for an hour with my dad. It was tough because it was a bit uphill, but I felt good by the end of it. I also swam a bit and went on the crosstrainer (only for a lousy 5 mins tho lol). So yeah over these past few days I have been trying to find some form of sport that I like. And that doesn't kill me. So far, walking is the only thing I don't mind. But knowing me if I do it everyday I'll get bored of that. I walk everywhere when I'm at home. I just need to do more of that and keep eating right. Maybe that's all I'll need. Maybe I won't have to kill myself with exercise. YES. I like this plan!
