Got off work a little earlier. Ran to the cemetary to water my daughter's flowers, and fought off the mostiquitos. Ran on the treadmill for 10 mins.; 10 squats and 20 sit-ups. Lost 1#! Hurray!
(Probably lost that running from the mostiquitos!) Going to do the hoola hoop for 20 mins. Wish me luck! (OK, get off the floor and stop laughing) Good luck to all. Many hugs, Lin
