stationary bike ride today was only 35 minutes, 7.1 miles, burning 200 calories. I also did some housekeeping when i got home to cover the deficit of 10 more minutes on the bike
also i started at resistance level 3 and did fifteen minutes there then did the last 20 minutes at level 4.
