good work! i know it's hard and it's tough to get over those first couple of days (or weeks) of cravings ... they will pass though, you can do this!

Hey Gal, At least you have been going down each weigh in. I have gone up & down a little. I am going to a wedding this weekend and they all love to eat. I don't mean that ugly. They are cooking out for the reception and I know it's gonna be good. I am taking my shakes and bars. I am going to do my best. I miss hearing from you. Good Luck, dharper 1
