I did some parkour with my brother today. I'm surprised I'm still alive. My brother is ridiculously athletic, and it was just so ... embarassing to be panting behind him as he ran with ease up through the woods. He said he didn't mind if I went with him everyday. He said he wouldn't mind if I held him up. It was nice of him to offer to be a sort of personal trainer for me, but I'm not so sure. He's not so much motivating me to exercise, he just kind of makes me feel worse about it all. Maybe I'll do a round with him once in a while, but I'll try and do some more walking for now. Perhaps some sit ups in the morning. I just want to find a form of exercise that I can do 30 minutes a day without feeling like I'm going to die.
