Well, this is just what I needed to read and see. 1stly... you still look good when you looked "bad". I come from being a non athlete type of person, but always loved to do some type of training, to doing iron man and looked excellent, to letting myself go and weighing close to 100kgs now! And I KNOW it is my drinking habits of every night having a glass or 4 of something. It has been bothering me for a while now, and Monday i decided that is it! I am not giving up alchol, but I am trying not to have some alcohol just to have. 3 days (only 3 days) later, and I feel a lot better already.
