One dish would be plenty. Associate these plants with stomach discomfort. Tried a small portion after being well into carnivory, and haven't tried again. Last weekend I tried a little wheat, and ended up with not sleeping well... restless legs. Still getting used to these 'alarms' being set off by the body when I go outside the track for just a bit.
