Exercise is becoming more of my day. I find myself not dreading it anymore, but actually making time for it. I've started to do 'micro exercise' units.
I am also forgetting what I look like now, and starting to learn how to be beautiful. I am starting to see myself as beautiful and letting myself 'act' like I look like a super model.
On my challenge, it says that I am losing almost 3lb a week. Some weeks - like last week - I lose nothing, others - I lose a Lot. It is balancing out to a healthy weight loss. I don't worry much about what the scale says ... I just worry about the end goal
At 11lb a month, I will be at my goal in 90 days. However, I think that it will be sooner. It is hard to say because I am exercising enough that I am adding muscle.

what are micro exersizes? and how are you tracking them on the exersize journal? i think i am using the same technic but dont know how to log it!

Suzanne, that is so wonderful. I am curious about the micro exercises too. 90 days huh? You go girl. And look, your weight history is almost vertical. Keep on rocking it!

Micro exercises - I learned these from Ford Modeling agency. If you want a full body exercise then try walking in stilettos, with your arms back, and your legs moving along a straight line...seriously, after going back and forth across the room 5 times, my whole body aches. I've heard that heavy women can be 'hot' - but I never figured out how. Now I know, Once you get the muscles and walk right - you just attract attention. (I do this about 4 - 5 times a day)
Another micro-exercise - I use water bottles and exercise my arms. I sometimes do this while sitting at my desk at work. I found about 10 different 'tightening arm' exercises and just vary them. They take about 2 or 3 minutes a time, and I do them 4 to 5 times a day.
Other exercises include:
Doing pushups against the wall. I stand about 2' away from the wall and just 'push up' whatever feels comfortable. I do about 10, usually while waiting for the coffee pot.
I also 'exercise' and am trying to get my body into the habit of walking 30 min a nite - and I am going to the pool, but these are helping me 'get ready' so that I can exercise.
Traking Micro Exercises. I am putting them down as 'dancing' - I'll add a couple minutes here, or a couple minutes there. Or, I'll add them to walking.... just what ever feels like a similar exercise.
We are never going to get the calories eaten/burned exactly right anyway - even with a wonderful site like this .. so just try to be close and don't be afraid to add excerises 'one minute at a time'
