Well, things seem to be working well I am loving the recipes I have found at http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/ which has a 200 - 400 calorie section. So every night I am cooking properly but healthily, yes it takes a bit longer (more calories burnt standing up), but it tastes a damn sight better than just banging stuff in the oven. I'm using ingredients I've never used before and making dishes I've never made before. I am loving it. All at the same time as losing weight. So its the big weigh in on Sunday, lets see how it goes...
