Wow thank you all for the support! And the compliments. So to answer a few question I do a lot of things that work best for me. More physical activity, counting calories, cutting sweets, drinking mostly water, apple cider vinegar supplement for weightloss, gelatin supplement for help with excess skin. And this app. Accountability is a big thing cause I had no problem cheating on a diet because I was only lying to myself. And when I was that large it was way to easy to do that cause to be honest I did that every day to hide my shame and guilt. Actually having a support system here with such amazingly smart people I have learned what works best for me and taken life style ideas from everyone. And most importantly I dont treat food as a reward making it through a rough day. If I want cake I eat better through the day to account for the calories. It's all about finding that inner happiness I somehow ate myself away from.
