23/06/19 Keeping up with my diet has an average intake of 1900 this week so still below my recommended intake of 2200. I managed to shave off another 0.7kg good result!
Went to the 5 times this week and focused heavily on core and legs to try and tone up my stubborn love handles and thigh fat.. hopefully should see results within the months to come!
Really happy and have more energy with my diet. This app is so useful to track everything!!
