I had some cashews last night. BIG MISTAKE!!! As I am typing this, I'm munching on more of them. COULDN'T HELP MYSELF!!! They're calling my name!! HELP!!! I think I need to work out another hour this evening to burn the calories I'm consuming. I'm so weak when it comes to nuts. I don't know how to eat just one and leave them alone. That's one of the reasons I stay away from them. I think I'll eat the cashews and skip dinner. Any suggestions??? I'm going to work out, then check back....

Hi there I'm weak with chocolate and I find the only thing that works for me is to have none in the house to eat. I crave it all the time. Its very hard. Good luck.

That's what happened with me with some Dried Mango from trader joe's. Bought a bag the other day when my daughter begged for it and couldn't resist sharing some with her...Then finished it off yesterday. I know it's not "allowed" but, gosh, if our big cheats are dried fruit and healthy nuts, I think we're doing okay! If it was me, I would work out harder and not eat dinner...but that's only because I'm a big freak. I would say have a light dinner and just don't beat yourself up over the nuts (easier said than done!)

I usually don't have it in the house, but I figured that maybe a little won't hurt. Ask me why I bought a 40 oz. container in the house!!! Honey, I'm taking it to work tomorrow to get it out of my house! Out of sight, out of mind!! I hope this doesn't affect my weight loss!!!! Now I'm going to work out!!!

I'm going to work out for an hour now, and eat no dinner this evening. I'll just drink plenty of water afterwards!!! Thanks for the good words of encouragement!!!

I did my workout - Walk Away the Pounds - 3 Miles, and I jumped on my mini trampouline for 5 minutes. Afterwards, I drank 20 oz. of water and a cup of tea. Hopefully, my workout helped me burn some of those calories consumed by eating all those cashews! Everyone have a good night!

my downfall is peanut butter. I try not to keep any in the house, cause I can sit there with the jar and some crackers and go to town

Good job with your workout! I ended up being horrible and ate bites of tuna casserole with CHEESE on it, shared icecream with my 2 year old, and then ate 2 chips a hoy cookie! So, I take the "cake" on cheating yesterday...your cashews were nothing! ;) Time to exercise my butt off today and drink cran-water like crazy today...
