Hmmm....I didn't think this would happen. I put on almost a whole kilo, but I've been doing really well. I've been eating a lot less, and getting out and doing stuff. Lots of walking, and I even went to a music festival yesterday, so there was literally hours of jumping around and dancing (or even just standing). I'm really not pleased at this weight gain. I don't know what I did wrong. Maybe it's cuz it's that time of month...?
108.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 43.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
