I did not go to the gym tonight because I was losing time and I have to read a bunch of stuff for work. I went over on my RDI, but not too badly. I walked the dog for 30 minutes. I am feeling so guilty, though, about the not having a gym workout. I must go tomorrow! I wish I could just head in straight from work, but that's what everyone does and you have to park goodness knows where and walk in the dark, and it's cold and creepy, so no. But tomorrow night I will go! My hip did great today, I didn't even think about it. Tomorrow I will be ready to run.
