33.4% BF. In ketosis but really hungry today. Stood at desk for 3 hrs and went up & down steps - heart pounding like crazy.
66.4 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 12.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
