Looks like a decent snack or small meal. Of course I’d have to sub something for the milk though. Maybe a snickers and iced tea lol. This doesn’t bother me at all. You really should love a little, try new things and add some pepper to your pink cottage cheese. If you really wanna go wild you could add some watermelon. My cottage cheese mixed with my watermelon juice and it was actually quite tasty! Here’s hoping you have a quick fat loss!

Chris hun, you can just measure it out like usual, grab a bit in a spoon then sprinkle a tiny amount of pepper on that spoon full only to see if you like it. Then it’s just one bite to choke down if you hate it lol. The rest of the bowl you can add whatever you like to it.
