I miss fruit. I can do without carbs from other sources, but my body misses fruit. I'm going to do my own plan for a while, focusing on making healthy choices, tracking my food, increasing exercise, and monitoring progress with weekly weigh ins.

Every once in a while I have strawberries. It's hard to skip fruit in the summer! I've been wanting to make a smoothie too.
