I decided I am going to weigh in once in the morning and once just before the end of the day. I will clearly keep the night weight for the record, though I feel the morning weight is the accurate one. I need to find good machines that will help me tone up so that as I lose the weight my skin can tighten a little. I don't expect miracles, but I really do not want to do surgery to remove skin.

Ive always been told that a person should only weigh in once a week because of the stress of bouncing up and down daily. whatever u decide ur doing great and I wish u luck

Sometimes that's helpful....as long as you don't begin to beat yourself up over the numbers. You've got some good thinking there with exercise...&...nice work with your weight loss!

You can weigh everyday, I know that I do but I only record usually once a week. I would say morning weight is usually closest to what you actually weight, but as long as you are consistent, I wouldn't worry about it. I would get some resistance bands, those will help you gain some muscle... And are not heavy to lug around... You can look of exercises online. You're doing a great job and have already lot of weight toward your goal. Keep it up and you will get there.
