I've been loving cottage cheese (add some berries for sweetness or cinnamon), scrambled eggs, or slow cooker chili. the high protein helps maintain muscle when you drop your overall calories, and muscle helps burns fat

Frozen mixed berries with low fat yogurt! It all become like a very healthy frozen yogurt, so refreshing!

Cauliflower rice! I sautée it in soya sauce with scrambled eggs and frozen veggies and it becomes like a fried rice. I then enjoy it with sriracha on top as it’s 0 calories! Super yummy and easy to make and it doesn’t have carbs. 👍🏼

I have cheese as a treat, shaved Parmesan petals (or Asiago). I find I crave salt because I'm eating so many vegetables. I used to hate salt, but I was getting sodium in my cheese, so I never craved added salt. My diet is to lower triglycerides and cholesterol, so dairy is a no no.

Roast chicken breast with zucchini and carrots. Marinate the chicken in fat free yougurt, add the spices you like. Or at the end of baking add lemon juice and garlic.

Also, you can prepare a kind of stew made with beans a beef cubes, with tomato sauce. very lean and extremely filling. When i eat this i only have one meal per day as the fibers from the beans are very healthy and promote good gut and stops hunger. You can add garlic or the sices you like to the tomato sauce.
