Been doing weights in the gym and eating late in the day and not enough for breakfast and lunch, need to change the eating habits and also not enough protein.
All fixable.
78.8 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
