This morning my weight finally fluctuated back to the 225.5... I was afraid when I was eating well and the numbers started going up.
I get to blame it on the working out and the fluid ..

Going to go for a walk tonight and see if I can make the 2 mile mark. did 1.5 three days ago.
I've finally recouped from my boot-camp class my hips are a little sore but They're much better then yesterday. :D

These fluctuations happen. If you're staying with your plan, the weight will come off. I've plateau'ed at 180 lbs for a week now. Look at my weight history. Keep weighing in every day. That way, you can see the fluctuations all the time, and you'll see it's just your normal body cycle, and remember stepping up your workout will cause muscle gain.
