Gained! 😖 I am bit frustrated. I do more weight training these couple weeks. thats why?? Oh well, I enjoy dead lift and bench press. lol It is good stress relief for me. I go to gym 6days/week. about 1hr weight training and about 1 hour cardio. I eat around 1400cal. I might hve to review what to eat?? or just ignore scale for few days... hmmm or should I try Keto? Keto seems bit difficult for me.

Your overall trend is down. Gaining some weeks is totally normal. And, you are right, you may be gaining some muscle. I personally wouldn't change a thing. Weight loss also slows as you get closer to your goal. You have been doing great. Congratulations on the loss! You should be very proud.
