LOL such an idea, Chris. I just cannot understand how anything called fried pork skin is considered low carb. Feels like a trick to me. I know, I have trust issues.

I crush then Fried/dried onions ( like on green bean casserole ) and use them for filler if its needed .Powerful taste! 3 carbs per 2 Tbsp., but you don't need much. Pork Rinds are good too as "bread" crumbs
