Eating the right foods but, the late night snack which is the same size as what i eat for dinner is not helping shed the weight.
Have to suck it up and have a glass of water instead or eat dinner later so i don't get hungry at 11.00
79.2 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
