Long ride day. I might need to eat more... or not.. hmmm

Careful you don't accidentally put yourself in starvation mode. Lol. I unintentionally did that to myself a few times in highschool.

@Sunshine I mighthave... My trainer said I need to eat more. I am having bit hard time to balance working out and eating.
