Slowly seeing results. This is encouraging!! Especially seeing results even though I've had an occasion each of the last two weeks where a meal was much higher in calories and fat than it should have been under diet "rules". Anyway. I'm going into this vacation weekend hopeful I will be able to maintain a regulated diet through "vacation-meals". Wishing everyone on here a happy, safe and successful Memorial Day weekend!!
