Woohoo!! Worked out this morning... second time now since I was able to start back up. The jogging was easy, like I hadn't lost any conditioning since this hiatus started mid-June. Five miles and back to addiction levels. Can't wait to feel the soreness tomorrow!
41.0 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
